Children's and Tiny Tots' Registration
Registration will take place online only. Please go to the 'Home' page and click on the link. Payment for classes is by Credit/Debit Card only via PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay (click on 'Don't Have A PayPal Account?). Your credit card statement will show a charge from "YIPOH." Please, do not dispute this charge.
Children must be in the stated age range by the first class of the session. A BIRTH CERTIFICATE or EQUIVALENT IDENTIFICATION may be requested at the first class for each child registered. Anyone registering a child with special needs or food alergies should contact the Children's Committee at ahcc@rogers.com prior to registering. All issues should also be discussed with the Class Coordinator and the Instructor prior to the first class.
Late Registration:
Late registrations create added work for the Children’s Committee volunteers and instructors. Please make every effort to register online prior to the first class. Thank you. If space is available, late registrations will be accepted at the discretion of the program coordinator. You must still register online. Classes will NOT be pro-rated.
Cancelled Programs:
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, a strike or an election. For these reasons only, a full refund will be issued or classes will be rescheduled. For COVID-19 related cancellations, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds:
There will be a $25 administration fee if you withdraw from the class from week 2 to the end of the term.
PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to remove from a program, without refund, any child who is being overly disruptive or unruly, does not follow the instructor's direction or who jeopardizes the safety of the partipants or instructors.
